I have lost my license key

First, try retrieving your license code on this page. If it didn’t work, please email our Customer Support directly, providing as many details on your order as possible – your full name, order date, and the email address you used.

My license key doesn’t work

First, please make sure that you are using the correct license key. We may send you more than one key, e.g. if there’s a free app included in your bundle. Secondly, make sure that you have entered the code correctly. To avoid typos, we recommend simply copying and pasting the code.

I didn’t get my license key

Your license key is sent within a few minutes of your purchase. Sometimes, an email with the license key ends up in the spam/junk folder, so our first recommendation would be to check there. Other times, customers make a typo in their email when placing an order. If you feel this might be the case, please email our Customer Support, providing as many details on your order as possible – your full name, order date, and the email address you believe you used.

What do I do if the software didn’t help?

We stand by the quality of our programs, but all computer systems are different, and the software may not work as expected on some of them. How do I get a refund?

We take our users computer issues seriously. If you experience difficulties using the software or fixing malfunctions, give our live technical support a chance – they may be able to resolve whatever issues you have and help you get familiar with the program. If we can’t help with your issue, we normally confirm refund requests within 24 hours, issue the refund within 1 to 3 days, and you will see the money back in your account within a couple of days after that, subject to your bank’s standard timing. How do I disable the renewal of my subscription?

For all purchases, we send an email notice approximately 3 days prior to the Renewal Date. The notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end, and it will be automatically renewed by charging your account.

To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, contact our support team prior to the renewal date. If you do it after you have already been billed, but within 30 days of the charge, you may also request a refund at the same time. Subscription renewals are subject to the same 30-day refund guarantee as new license purchases.
