Refunds and Subscriptions


Your purchase is a subscription for a pre-paid subscription term - usually 3 months, which is specified during the order process. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for the same period. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account at the end of each subscription period (the “Renewal Date”), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date.

You will receive an email notice 14 and 3 days prior to the Renewal Date. This notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end, and the Renewal Date, on which your subscription will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record.

To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so before the Renewal Date. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by filling out the form here.


We stand by the quality of our products as well as our service, and if we can’t resolve your computer issue, we will return your money. If you experience difficulties using the software or fixing malfunctions, give our live technical support a chance – they may be able to resolve whatever issues you have and help you get familiar with the program.

The telephone number is listed in every software product for your convenience.

If the software you purchased did not work on your computer correctly or did not perform as advertised, just send us a message by filling out the form on the Support page.

If we can’t fix your issue, we normally confirm refund requests within 24 hours, issue a refund within 1 to 3 days, and you will see the money back in your account within a couple of days after that, subject to your bank’s standard timing.

Refunds for Outbyte products can be requested at any time within 30 days of the original purchase of the product or of license renewal, and we ask that with your refund request, you include your first and last name, your email address used in the purchase process, and your order number, if you have it. We may also ask you to include program logs stored on your PC so we can review how the software worked on your computer. The logs do not contain any personally identifiable information and are only used to review the performance of our software.

Only orders made from the Outbyte store, including new orders and subscription renewals, may be refunded under this refund policy. Refunds for third-party software need to be requested from the corresponding third-party vendors.

Once refunded, the product license and your subscription will be disabled.
