How do I install and register the program?

Outbyte MacRepair download & install is an easy step-by-step process:

- Download the installer by clicking the DOWNLOAD button on the program page.
- Install the program by double-clicking the downloaded .dmg file and following the on-screen instructions.
- Copy your license code from the order confirmation email. To do this, just highlight the code in the email, then right-click on it and choose Copy.
- Launch the program and click on the ACTIVATE NOW button in the main program window.
- In the window that appears, right-click inside the registration field and paste your license code in it.
- Press the REGISTER button and restart the application.

Your software is now fully registered, ready to apply its full power and tackle the task at hand.

What is your refund policy?

If you aren’t happy with the results you get with any Outbyte product, you may ask for an immediate full refund at any time within 60 days of purchase. All you need to do is send a message to Customer Support and include some details on your order. The money will be refunded to you in the same form you used for payment.

I placed an order, but didn’t get my license key. What do I do?

The most common reason for this problem is a typo in the email address provided during checkout. You can first try retrieving your license info using the form here. If that doesn’t work, please email our Customer Support and provide as many details on your order as you can (your full name, order date, email address you believe you used).

My license key doesn’t work. What could be the reason?

If the key was issued for the program you have, please try to register it following the instructions below:
1) Open the program and press the 'Register' button.
2) Highlight the license code in your confirmation email, right-click on it and select ‘Copy’ from the menu that appears.
3) Right-click inside the registration field and select ‘Paste’ to insert the code.

How do I receive my purchased software?

Once your payment is received, your license code is emailed to you immediately. Since online payments by credit card or PayPal are usually instant, license information is usually emailed within minutes of your purchase. A scan with a program from another company shows more issues on my Mac. How come?

Different applications use different algorithms for detecting issues, as well as different criteria for what is considered to be a problem. Some may be too aggressive or, on the contrary, not thorough enough in locating performance issues. We cannot comment on software from other publishers, but can tell you that Outbyte programs are equipped with detection algorithms that have been tested and re-tested to be just right.

Can I set the program to run automatically?

Yes, you can set the program to start automatically at macOS logon. To do it, open the
“System Preferences” window, click on “User and Groups” under the “System” section. Open “Login items”, then click on the small “+” icon and select the Outbyte program from your “Applications” folder.

If I replace my Mac, how can I use my purchased software on the new one?

You don't need to do anything special to move the program to your new Mac. Just download the installer for your purchased software from, install it and register the program with your original license code on the new Mac.
