Your purchase is a subscription for a pre-paid subscription term (usually 3, 6 or 12 months). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for the same period. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account at the end of each subscription period (the “Renewal Date”), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date. You will receive an email notice approximately 7 days prior to the Renewal Date. The notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end and the Renewal Date when your subscription will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so before the Renewal Date. We issue refunds for Outbyte products within 60 days of the original purchase of the product and we ask that with your refund request you include your name and surname, order number and e-mail address used in the purchase process. Only orders made from the Outbyte store, including new orders and subscription renewals, may be refunded under this refund policy. Refunds for third party software need to be requested from the corresponding third party vendors. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days, however this may vary depending on your payment method. Once refunded, the product license and your subscription will be disabled.
