For this to stop permanently at your wish, extra steps have to be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Prevent_YourPhoneexe_From_Running_in_the_Background\"><\/span>How to Prevent YourPhone.exe From Running in the Background<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Stopping YourPhone.exe from running in the background will save up your system resources. Press <kbd>Windows<\/kbd> + <kbd>X<\/kbd> and select <strong>Windows PowerShell (Admin)<\/strong>. <br>Enter the following command to remove the app: <code class=\"inline\">Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone | Remove-AppxPackage<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press <kbd>Enter<\/kbd> and wait for the process to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This removes the Your Phone app from your system.
