The I2C HID Device driver enables communication between computers and tactile input devices on hardware utilizing an I2C-in-water standard for communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It extends both to the operating system and to end-users a facility responsible for recognition and proper interpretation of inputs from such devices to enable them to interact by contacts and gesture controls on supported hardware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The I2C HID driver is an essential connector between the touch input devices based on I2C and Windows systems. It provides the operating system with the ability to receive input from the devices, enabling the conversion of touch gestures into commands understood by it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of this, the driver finds common usage in laptops or tablets that have either touch displays or advanced touchpads dependent on the I2C interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
